How We Price
How We Price

Every engagement is custom-built. Every model is transparent.

We don't sell packages off a rate card the right campaign for a boutique skincare brand and a global launch have almost nothing in common. What we can show you is exactly how our pricing works, and what shapes your proposal.

The engagement models

Six ways a Calibre engagement
can be structured.

01

Project fee

One agreed fee for a defined campaign strategy, matching, outreach, creative direction, management and reporting. You know the full professional cost before you commit a pound of creator budget. Best for launches and first campaigns.

02

Monthly partnership

A standing team running your creator channel month after month: fresh campaign cycles, seeding and affiliate programmes, a licensing pipeline and continuous optimisation. Creator marketing compounds a partnership prices that continuity fairly for both sides.

03

Creator budget management

We negotiate and administer creator fees on your behalf, with a declared management margin on budgets we manage. Creator fees stay line-itemed and visible the opposite of the hidden-markup model common in this industry.

04

Performance alignment

Where attribution is clean affiliate links, TikTok Shop-style commissions, tracked codes part of our compensation can ride on the results we generate. We only offer it where the tracking is honest, and we'll tell you when it isn't.

05

Content licensing

When creator content wins, you'll want it in paid social. We negotiate, paper and manage usage rights whitelisting, Spark Ads, renewals so a winning asset never gets stuck in a rights argument.

06

Talent brokering

For household-name creators, we source and negotiate through our private network, with a brokering fee tied to the talent budget. At this level, the negotiation routinely saves more than the fee costs.

Your proposal

What shapes the number.

Five things determine it:

Content & rights

Deliverables per creator, creative development depth, and the usage rights you'll want for paid.

04

Programme depth

One campaign or a monthly partnership; seeding volume; affiliate and incentive structures.

05

Performance element

Where tracking allows, a results-linked component can rebalance the fixed fee.

06

Our promise

Pricing FAQ

Why don't you publish prices?

Because a published price is a package, and packages force your brief into someone else's shape. Every Calibre engagement is scoped from your goal, market and creator mix then quoted as one clear figure with everything it includes. What we do publish is the structure: the models above, declared margins and line-itemed creator fees.

What do creators actually cost?

It varies enormously by tier, platform, deliverables and usage rights from product-plus-commission arrangements with seeding creators to significant fees for headline talent. Your proposal includes exact rate guidance for your shortlist, and every creator fee is line-itemed before you approve it.

How does the declared margin work?

When we manage your creator budget, our management margin is stated in the proposal and creator fees remain visible to you. Our incentive is deal quality, not deal inflation you always see the true creator cost.

Can we do a purely performance-based deal?

Sometimes. Pure performance works when attribution is clean, product economics support commissions, and fulfilment can handle volume. Where those hold, we'll propose it. Where they don't, we'll explain why a hybrid protects you better an agency that says yes to pure performance on messy tracking is planning to disappoint you.

Is there a minimum engagement?

We take on work we can deliver to a high standard, so yes there's a floor below which a managed campaign isn't the right product. If your budget sits under it, we'll tell you on the call and point you to the smartest self-serve route instead. We'd rather you succeed small than overspend early.

Do you require long contracts?

Launch campaigns are single engagements. Creator Partnerships take an initial three-month term creator programmes genuinely need a full cycle to calibrate then roll monthly with notice.

Who owns the content?

The creator, by default rights are licensed rather than transferred in most cases. The difference with us: usage windows, platforms and exclusivity are negotiated explicitly at booking, so amplifying a winning video never becomes a renegotiation.
