The Calibration Method.
Six steps from first conversation to final report. You always know where the campaign is, what happens next and what it's returning.
Brief
A structured session covering your product, audience, goals, budget and timeline. If you've completed the online campaign brief, we arrive already prepared. You leave this call knowing whether creator marketing fits your goal we'll say so plainly if it doesn't.
You get: a written summary of goals and success metrics, agreed before any spend.
Blueprint
The campaign strategy: platform mix, creator tiers, number of creators, messaging territory, content formats, budget allocation, timeline and measurement plan with the reasoning shown, not just the conclusions.
You get: the Campaign Blueprint document. If we run the campaign, its fee is credited in full.
Match
We shortlist creators who move your audience vetted for engagement quality, audience authenticity and fit then contact, negotiate and contract them. Fees, deliverables, exclusivity, disclosure and usage rights are agreed in writing.
You get: a shortlist with rationale and rates; final approval always sits with you.
Direct
Creative direction: concepts, hooks, scripts and shot-level briefs per creator. Tight enough to hit the goal, loose enough to keep the creator's voice that balance is where performance lives.
You get: every brief for approval before production starts.
Run
Production, approvals, scheduling, posting QA and creator support. Content is reviewed against the brief and disclosure rules before it goes live. Issues get handled by us that's the job.
You get: a live status view and one accountable point of contact.
Prove & scale
Tracking runs from day one. Mid-flight, we shift weight toward what's working. At wrap, the Calibration Report shows performance against goal and which content deserves paid amplification, usage licensing or a bigger role next cycle.
You get: the numbers, the lessons and a recommended next move.
Timelines shown for a typical Launch Campaign. Creator Partnerships run steps 3–6 as a continuous monthly cycle Enterprise campaigns are scheduled around talent availability and market coordination.
Four rules we don't break.
Match over reach
Creator selection starts from your audience, never from who's available. We turn down mismatched briefs a famous face in front of the wrong audience is expensive noise.
Transparent money
Creator fees are line-itemed. Our margin is declared. Usage rights are priced at booking. You will never discover a hidden markup, because there isn't one.
Creators as partners
Fair rates, clear briefs, fast payment. Creators do their best work for agencies that treat them properly and their best work is what you're buying.
Accountable to a number
Every campaign is built to a goal agreed in step one and reported against in step six. If something underperforms, you'll hear it from us first with a plan.
